Sie ist knackig, s\u00fc\u00df und besitzt rote B\u00e4ckchen. Einen wundersch\u00f6nen Baum der wilden Mirabelle hat unser Foodscout Gunnar W\u00f6rfel entdeckt. Er stand voll mit duftenden schmackhaften Fr\u00fcchten inmitten einer kleinen Obstbaumallee am Feldrand. Die Mirabelle als Unterart der Pflaume hat 2-3cm gro\u00dfe rundliche wachsgelbe Fr\u00fcchte. Ihre Haut weist r\u00f6tliche oder gr\u00fcnliche Punkte auf und ihr Fruchtfleisch l\u00e4sst sich leicht vom Steinkern l\u00f6sen. In Deutschland ist die Mirabelle zwischen Juni und September erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n

Erntefrisch ab Feldweg ist sie jedoch eine seltene kleine Sensation.<\/p>\n
