Frisch oder getrocknet findet er nicht nur beim Kochen Anwendung. Viele seiner Inhaltstoffe k\u00f6nnen einen Einfluss auf unsere Gesundheit haben. Allicin beispielsweise sch\u00fctzt vor freien Radikalen und kann dadurch den Alterungsprozess der Zellen verlangsamen. Saponine st\u00e4rken die Gef\u00e4\u00dfe und regulieren die Cholesterinwerte. Gegen so manche Erkrankung ist ein Knoblauch gewachsen.<\/p>\n<p>Klar, uns interessiert vor allem sein Geschmack. Sein Aroma ist legend\u00e4r. In der K\u00fcche verleiht er vielen Gerichten eine unverwechselbare Note. Er wird gerieben, gehackt, gegrillt, gepresst, in Scheiben geschnitten, ged\u00fcnstet, gekocht, getrocknet, pulverisiert und so vieles mehr.<\/p>\n<p>Um so mehr freut uns, dass es auch regionale Produzenten dieser Wunderknolle Knoblauch gibt.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Foodscout <a href=\"https:\/\/keuthmann.net\/?team=https-keuthmann-net-teamthomas-lohmann\">Thomas<\/a> war f\u00fcr Sie in der L\u00fcneburger Heide unterwegs und hat dort eine (noch) kleine Manufaktur entdeckt. Er sagt dar\u00fcber: &#8220;Eine nette kleine Firma, die zwei befreundete Landwirte als zweites Standbein gegr\u00fcndet haben. Aktuell bauen sie den Knoblauch auf 2 ha an. Die Pflanzen werden von Hand geerntet und weiterverarbeitet. Im Betrieb arbeiten hierf\u00fcr 3 Erntehelfer sowie die Familie selbst.
